18th January 2019; Arrived Madeira. Captain reports continued problem with halyard chafe. Will install external halyard before continuing
12th January 2019; Arrived Cascais for engine service. Captain reports;
halyard of mainsail is damaged on several centimeters in head of the mast due to a defect of conception of Fontaine. At the port I will go to the head of the mast to take pictures and find a solution. There will probably be some shopping to do to fix the problem. It must find a solution for the crossing.
