Karl is one of our youngest but perhaps most dedicated and enthusiastic skippers; with over 16,000 nautical miles, Karl has experience in yacht delivery, deep water sailing, and charter planning and execution. He is based mainly in U.S. and Caribbean waters, however Karl has also sailed in both the Atlantic and Indian oceans. Karl characterizes himself as having a deep respect and love for the ocean, having volunteered at the Madagascar Research and Conservation Institute as well as training aid workers to sail a 35-foot boat in order to help deliver aid in Haiti after Hurricane Matthew. He is passionate about protecting the ocean as well as reveling in all it has to offer.
