Boot Dusseldorf is Coming!

The Düsseldorf International Boat Show, known as boot Düsseldorf or just Boot is one of the world’s largest boat shows and regularly attended by Reliance Yacht Management . The fair is held annually at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany in the end of January. There are around about 1,800 exhibitors from 65 countries and present excellent business opportunities.

With no London Boat Show this year, our client are making a bigger investment of time and effort at Dusseldorf Boat Show in January between the 19 – 27th Jan.

Catana 47 France to Sicily

Our latest delivery from the Catana range was this beautiful C47 from the commissioning marina in Canet en Roussillon to Sicily. The proud new owners wewre on board as part of the crew.

Bali 4.1 France to Annapolis

Thanks to our highly experienced delivery Captain Marc Wroblewski and his crew for another successful Atlantic crossing.
The owner was able to follow the progress on line and be there to meet the boat as it arrived in the USA.

Hey Nick,

I just wanted to say thanks again. We met the crew in Annapolis shortly after they arrived, took them up to BWI to clear in. We found the boat to be in excellent condition given its voyage. Our inspection found very few issues that we’re not known ahead of the crossing. We also found the crew very willing to tell us their thoughts on the boat and such. Please let them know how much we appreciated the skill and care they took with our boat.

Leopard 46 Tonina Seychelles

The Leopard 46 Tonina on a sea trial prior to starting the delivery to the Philippines.

On completeion of the delivery, the client remarks;

Just a quick mail to confirm delivery of Tonina to Philippines.  Firstly thanks for the successful completion of the task and for letting Vidar Paulsen command the voyage.  He turned out to be a very good choice with great character and personality very well suited for this function.  His knowledge,  practicality and dedication to get things done well was exemplary.  I sincerely enjoyed working with him and learning from him since he had a very inviting demeanor that encouraged participation and questions.  I can only recommend him for future use as he is an incredibly well rounded individual covering not just sailing but also crew and domestic aspects.  This may have been his first Captaincy on this kind of voyage but the guy was a consummate professional.

Lagoon 450 France to Croatia

Lagoon 42 delivered to Miami Boat Show

Reliance Yacht Management is pleased to announce the delivery of the Lagoon 42 hull no. 199 sailing catamaran. Her maiden voyage was from the commissioning port in Les Sables d’Olonne, France to Ft Lauderdale. A voyage of 5000nm. The delivery was contracted by the leading Lagoon dealers, the Catamaran Company with offices in Ft Lauderdale.

The yacht delivery company prides itself on customer satisfaction and this latest delivery is a case in point. Thanks, has to go to Captain Andreas Fechs for the safe and efficient delivery. The client feed back on handover reads “Capt Andreas is very personable and professional….. the yacht was in great condition”

Care was taken from outset with protection of the vulnerable areas. The route taken was also important to minimise or eliminate any wear and tear. Timing your weather window to cross Biscay is essential in January. The yacht carried on to Cascais in Portugal where the engines had their first warranty service. Brief stops were made in the Canaries and the Cape Verde island before crossing to the Virgin Islands and then up to Ft Lauderdale.

The boat will be available to view at the Miami Show.
